On Court / Tennis Camp

One week.
A different game
when you return.

Training, protocols and real matches. The Mental Tennis Camp brings mental training directly into competition.

You are not coming simply to add more hours of tennis to your week. You come to understand what happens to your game when the score matters, confidence drops and the match stops following the plan.

Where it starts

We don't train you only when everything works.

  • The real work starts when the match changes.
  • After an error you cannot let go.
  • When you start protecting the score.
  • When you rush because you want to finish.
  • When you stop choosing and simply react.

That is where Mental Tennis enters the court.

The rhythm of the day

Two sessions. Every day.
One objective.

The programme can run in the morning and in the afternoon or evening. The load is calibrated to your level, your recovery and the availability of sparring partners: no two days are identical for everyone.

01

Train

Work on technical fundamentals and on the weakest areas of your game.

02

Apply

The same principles move into the protocol drills, under condition.

03

Play

Matches against equal or stronger opponents, with no coaching from the side.

04

Analyse

Video and direct observation: we look at what you did, not what you think you did.

05

Reset

Debrief and restart. The next day you walk on court with one precise correction.

The cycle repeats every day. Repetition is what builds the habit.

The method in action

We're not going
to tell you.
watch it.

Court, drills, feedback, confrontation. The method takes shape when it stops being theory and becomes behaviour.

What we train

Six areas of work.
All of them on court.

01

Pressure

Staying in the point when the score changes the way you think.

02

Emotions

Recognising anger, fear and frustration without handing them the next point.

03

Focus

Bringing attention and intention back to the single action.

04

Identity

Knowing the player you want to be even when the match gets uncomfortable.

05

Routine

Building repeatable behaviour before, during and after the point.

06

Strategy

Making clearer decisions as the pressure rises.

Adaptation

Not everyone arrives with the same tennis.

The camp is not one package for everyone. Before giving you a programme we want to know how you play, how much you compete and what is blocking you. The work is built from there.

Building
the right
habit

In a first competitive experience, behaviour matters more than the result. We work on how you react to an error, how you stand on court after a lost game, and how you build a healthy relationship with competition.

  • FocusManaging anger and frustration, keeping attention alive
  • SessionsCalibrated load, with real space for recovery
  • OutputTeaching materials and a plan to hand to your own coach

Closing
the gap with
practice

The most common case: the game is there in practice and disappears in a match. We work on technical and tactical weak points and, at the same time, on the behaviour that exposes them under pressure.

  • FocusReset after the error, between-point routines, tactical clarity
  • SessionsTwo daily sessions with matches against equal or stronger opponents
  • OutputIndividual report and a drill protocol to continue at home

Handling
the step
into the pros

Moving from the junior to the pro circuit changes the level of your opponents and the weight of every tournament. We work on holding up across the season, on playing identity and on managing the bad weeks.

  • FocusPlaying identity, season-long resilience, tournament management
  • SessionsTwo daily sessions with athletic and recovery work integrated
  • OutputA work plan shared with your own coach

Competing
without
burning out

Players with a job and a family have little time and a lot of tension. We work on what makes competing sustainable: expectations, inner dialogue, energy management.

  • FocusExpectations, inner dialogue, decision quality
  • SessionsA programme compatible with your real training volume
  • OutputShort, repeatable routines to use at your next tournament

Format, duration and programme are defined together before you arrive. Write to us for current conditions.

Choose your point of view

How do you want to experience Mental Tennis?

Step into the method from the point of view that belongs to you.

Tennis Camp / Player

Don't come
just to play more.

Come to understand why your tennis changes when the match really counts.

The Tennis Camp Player brings technique, tactics and the mental side into one single programme. During the week you work on court, face competitive situations, play matches, analyse what happens and build tools to take back with you into competition.

We don't only train the shot. We train what happens BEFORE, DURING and AFTER that shot.

Tennis Camp / Coach

Don't stop
at the shot.

Learn to read what happens in the player's mind before, during and after the point.

The Coach programme is built for coaches who want to bring the Mental Tennis method into their own work on court. It is not about adding psychological theory to a lesson. It is about learning to observe, recognise and train the behaviour that really shapes competition.

Pressure, frustration, focus, reset, playing identity, visualisation, empowering state, emotional management, reading the player and practical application on court.

From knowing
to seeing.

A coach can master technique and tactics and still miss decisive information. Mental Tennis adds a new lens:

  • How does the player react?
  • What changes after the error?
  • When does the plan disappear?
  • When does the player stop choosing?
  • What happens between one point and the next?

The programme turns those observations into work you can actually train.

Tennis Camp / Mental Coach

From coaching
to the court.

Understand competitive tennis from the inside and turn mental tools into interventions that really apply.

This programme is built for those who work — or want to work — on the mental side of sport and want to understand tennis not only through theory, but through what actually happens on court.

01

Active learning

First you experience the method and the tools on yourself. Then you learn to recognise them in the player.

02

Experience competition

To really understand emotions, pressure, error and frustration you have to see what happens when they enter the game.

03

Develop empathy

Understanding the player's competitive experience lets you build interventions that are more concrete, credible and applicable.

A full immersion in tennis.

  • Practical training on court
  • Observation
  • Mental Tennis protocols
  • Working on pressure
  • Focus
  • Resilience
  • Playing identity

The outcome

What stays with you.

01

A clearer reading of your game

You leave knowing what your game does when the score changes, not what you assume it does.

02

Tools to take back on court

Techniques you have already used under pressure, not notes to remember.

03

Routines to train

Repeatable behaviour before, during and after the point.

04

Feedback and debrief

Video and direct observation, reviewed together and turned into corrections.

05

A direction of work

A precise priority to keep working on once the week is over.

06

An experience built on your profile

Player, coach or mental coach: the programme follows your point of view.

The camp ends. The work you build during the week does not.

Inside the week

One week
seen from inside.

It is not only hours spent on court. It is errors to read, habits to change, situations to recreate and new behaviour to take into the next match.

From court to debrief

How a day runs.

The order is not random. Each phase prepares the next: you train, you go under pressure, you observe, you correct.

  1. Training

Technical and tactical work on the areas where your game gives way first.

  2. Competitive situations

Scored drills built to make pressure actually happen, not to talk about it.

  3. Match

A match against equal or stronger opponents. No instructions during play: the decisions are yours.

  4. Video and feedback

Reviewing what you couldn't feel on court: posture, timing, reactions after an error.

  5. Debrief

Shared analysis off court, in a relaxed setting, to help recovery.

  6. Personal plan

You leave at the end of the week with drills, materials and a precise direction.

Friends recommended it and I arrived sceptical. Flawless organisation, morning and afternoon sessions at the best clubs in the area, theory and practice, and the chance to play with ATP-ranked players.
