The method doesn't only live during a session. Books, training materials, tools for coaches, resources for clubs and visual supports make it possible to carry the Mental Tennis language off the court as well.

Featured resource
The manual gathers the Mental Tennis work on the power of the mind in competition: what happens to a player under pressure and how that can be trained.
It is the entry point for anyone who wants to understand the method before bringing it into their own work.
Who uses what
Availability depends on the type of collaboration. The apparel line is in preparation and cannot be ordered yet.
How it works
Materials aren't bought from a catalogue: they are part of the path agreed with the club or organisation.
The reason is simple. A manual handed to someone who hasn't done the training stays a book; handed to a trained coach it becomes a daily working tool.
Resources are the last step. The first is understanding whether the method can enter your work: let's start there.
