On Line / Pre-recorded courses

The court changes.
The method stays with you.

Pre-recorded Mental Tennis courses to train the mental side whenever and wherever you want.

Between tournaments you don't always have a court, a sparring partner or someone watching you. The recorded programme still gives you a direction: what to look at, what to try, what to fix.

The deal

Don't just watch.
Take it on court.

  • Every module ends with something to try, not to memorise.
  • Every drill has a precise signal to recognise in a match.
  • Every principle is measured on a behaviour, not on a feeling.
  • If nothing changes on court after a module, that module didn't work.

The video is the medium. Training is still the point.

The video course

Mental Tennis.
Arma Letale.

A programme to learn how to train what normally stays invisible.

Many players show a clear gap between the tennis they produce in practice and the tennis they actually take into a match.

The answer isn't always playing more. Sometimes you have to learn how to train what happens when pressure, errors, fear, anger, expectations and decisions arrive.

“Tennis Mentale – Arma Letale” was built for that: a video programme combining understanding, tools and drills to take back on court, to build real awareness of your game and of your response to competition.

The topics

Six knots that decide close matches.

These are the points players come back to most often. Each topic is its own path: follow them in order or start from the one costing you most right now.

Taking more of your practice tennis into the match.

The gap between what you show in practice and what comes out in a match. We work on what produces it: expectations, the urge to finish, fear of missing the shot you make blindfolded in practice.

Reading a defeat without turning it into a verdict on your worth.

What happens when the match turns and nothing works any more. How to react to discouragement without pretending everything is fine, and how to get back into the match instead of waiting for it to end.

Building an attitude that still works when the match gets uncomfortable.

A competitive attitude is not a phrase you repeat before walking on court: it is a set of repeatable behaviours. Here you build them one at a time, with a criterion to check you are actually doing them.

Bringing attention back to the present point after an error, a distraction or pressure.

Staying on the point after an error, a doubtful call, a badly lost game. It isn't about never getting distracted: it's about noticing sooner and returning faster.

Recognising emotional energy and learning not to hand it the next point.

Anger is still energy. The problem is not feeling it, it's handing it the next point. Here you learn to spot it before it erupts and turn it into intensity instead of free errors.

Choosing more clearly when the score makes every choice heavier.

Playing the point you are in, not the one you just missed. How to choose under pressure and stay inside a game plan when the score pushes you to improvise.

Protocols and drills

It doesn't end when you close the video.

Every concept has to become something you can train.

A central part of the programme is dedicated to protocols and drills to take back on court. The principle is simple: don't train only forehand and backhand. Build situations where you can also observe and train concentration, pressure, error management, reset, behaviour, decision and emotional response.

What's inside

Not just video.
A programme.

01

Video lessons

To understand what happens during competition and learn to recognise it.

02

Drills

To turn a mental concept into something you can actually train.

03

On-court protocols

Indications to apply during training and competitive situations.

04

Personal access

A reserved area to follow the programme and pick the lessons back up.

How each module is built

Four steps, always the same.

01

Theory

What actually happens at that point of the match, explained in a few minutes and without jargon.

02

Drill

A concrete drill you can do alone, with a sparring partner or with your coach.

03

Court

Application inside a real competitive situation, with one signal to observe.

04

Review

What changed and what didn't. If the behaviour hasn't moved, you repeat.

No module counts as finished until it has been through the court.

Any video course

  • You watch, you nod, you close the laptop.
  • You feel motivated for two days.
  • Nothing changes in a match.

Mental Tennis

  • You watch, then you go on court and try.
  • You have a behaviour to observe.
  • In the end you know whether it changed or not.

Not sure which to pick

Two questions and we'll tell you where to start.

Tell us your level and what is costing you the most points. We'll point you to the most coherent path — even if it isn't the most expensive one.
