On Court / International Clinic

Mental Tennis
goes where tennis is played.

International Clinic brings the method, exercises and on-court application directly to clubs and academies.

Who is on court

One clinic.
Three levels of work.

Three different groups work in the same day, with different objectives. That is what makes a clinic an event rather than a lesson.

01

Player

Mental training applied to the court. The player doesn't listen to an explanation: they run drills and carry them into a competitive situation.

  • Protocol drills under a score
  • Work on error, rhythm and attention
  • Materials to continue after the clinic
For players and juniors
02

Coach

Tools to integrate into your own sessions. The coach sees the method applied to their own players and receives observation criteria they can use immediately.

  • How to recognise the moment to intervene
  • Drills you can repeat in daily training
  • Technical debrief reserved for the staff
For coaches and technical staff
03

Club

An event the club can communicate to its members: education, visibility and something that sets you apart from other clubs in the area.

  • A day organised together with your staff
  • Communication materials for members
  • A possible first step towards an ongoing collaboration
For clubs and academies

How we work

The court becomes the laboratory.

No classroom to explain what should happen under pressure. We build situations where pressure actually happens.

A score that weighs, an awkward opponent, a condition that removes your margins: as soon as the tension arrives, the drill begins. That is where a player's real behaviour shows, and the only place it can be corrected.

Observe → intervene → repeat

Every drill has a stated observation criterion. Nothing is commented on by feel: we look at one precise thing and train it until it changes.

Formats

Four ways to host it.

The format depends on the number of players, the courts available and how much your staff wants to be involved.

Format

Half
Day

One concentrated session. The simplest way to introduce the method to your members and see whether there is interest.

First contact
Format

Full
Day

A complete day with morning and afternoon work: there is time to reach the competitive part and the debrief.

The most requested format
Format

Week
end

Two days: the first introduces the protocol, the second tests it in matches. The change starts to become visible.

Custom
Clinic

Built around your needs: competitive squads, staff training, an open event or a programme across several dates.

Tailored

Number of participants, duration and commercial terms are defined together based on the chosen format.

Where it has been

The method travels
with the people who use it.

Clinics have been hosted at the clubs and academies collaborating with Mental Tennis in Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. The current list is on the network page.

Application

Host a clinic at your club.

Tell us how many players you have, how many courts, and what you want to achieve. We'll reply with the most suitable format and possible dates.
